Is it safe to use a USB cable extender on my ipod USB cable?
I'm finding that my cord for my iPod is too short, and I have a USB extender lying around. Is it safe to extend the USB cable for my ipod? Or will it not charge/sync properly?
Extend as you wish, as long as you don't exceed USB's cable run length specification of 15 feet. Beyond that point, you may see errors in syncing.
