I need help fast, and a hurry?
Today at work, I had an money order for 760 dollars. The customer handed me a stack of money an told me that it was 800. i counted it twice but may have made a mistake.. When I dropped my money, the safe dont lie it said 720. I told my customer that it was 720, she got mad an said it was 800, i thought i counted 800, but I put every last dollar in that machine, I called my supervisor an told her. she came an counted the safe. it said i was exactly right. The other manger said that they gone have to find the other 80 dollars an if they cant find it, they gone still give her the 800 dollar money an document me for a cash shortage, which my drawer was not short none... is there's anything i could do?
i did count it infront of the customer, so no its not my mistake.. i counted it twice infront of her then put it in the safe so it could add it up it's self, the safe is 95% right at times... my drawer is not short or over soo....
You must always count in front of the customer, then ask the customer if your count is correct. If not, you count again and again, slowly. That is the way.

being accussed of stealing at the store i work at?
i got change from the safe to put in my drawer and they are saying that i didnt put the money back in the safe when the safe was counted the next day everything was right now mind you i have no key to this safe you push the button of what you need and it drops out the only thing they have is video of me getting the change if i didnt put the money back my drawer would have came up that much over but it was only .02 over how can they do this and what can i do right now im suspened and being investigated
