Safe Dual What's more safe, a 150cc scooter or a dual-purpose 250cc motorcycle?
We're selling our piece of crap car and buying one of these. I want a scooter and my husband wants a motorcycle. He'll be using it more, but I still can't see myself on a motorcycle if I had to use it.
Safety varies with the driver, not the vehicle. If you and your husband are safe in a cage you will be safe on two wheels.
Image has a lot to do with what vehicle we choose to drive/ride. Scooters are probably the most practical thing on wheels, dual sports are more fun. Not to mention that if you want to ride well you need to fit the bike well. If you are different sizes you would want different size bikes.
The ideal solution would be to get one of each. Then, when you go for a ride together, if one has trouble the other can do a rescue. Really, neither is horridly expensive.

Is it safe to use a dual headed electric tooth brush on braces?
I'm wondering is it okay to use an electric tooth brush with two heads on braces? With the rounded one and then the other side to side one? I don't want to damage anything, but I find that with a typical rounded electric brush I'm unable to get the teeth completely clean.
Yes, it's actually better than using a manual toothbrush. It won't damage your braces, but it might wear down the head on your toothbrush, so you may want to buy new toothbrush heads for it, or replace your toothbrush every few months. I've learned that electric toothbrushes can wear down quicker than if you don't have braces, but it's worth it. My mouth feels alot cleaner. If in doubt, though, try asking your orthodontist what's best! =] Good luck.
