Safe Light Push
Is it normal that it gets harder to breathe when you're in the water(pool)?
When I go in the pool I feel the a pressure in my chest that's pushing in and it also makes it hard to breathe as time goes. Is it normal? I have swimming for school for about 10 more days and I need to be sure it's safe. Teachers also don't think light excuses since no one actually wants to go in, so any thoughts?
Can be.
The temperature change can cause the muscles to tighten which would make it harder to breathe.
Also if it's a chlorinated pool,it can sometimes cause Asthma like effects.
A lot of swimmers notice this effect.Unless you really can't breathe and it's causing you real troubles,I think you'll be fine.

How to Push/Roll start a car
Red light on control panel for treadmill ... its unplugged! How can I clean it?
The treadmill seems to be running weird .. its not responding correctly when the buttons are pushed .. it does have a lot of dust all over the motor parts .. I though it might help if I got all this dust off .. I unplugged it and removed the plastic cover .. and there is a right light on in the computer panel area .. near the motor .. it is not plugged in .. how long will it hold its charge? Is it safe to take a brush and brush the dust off?
Yes, the memory and the red light are from a small long life battery in the computer board. There is a similar set up in all computers and most electronics. The dust alone should not make the controls act funny. You may have other major problems or the memory and control need to be reprogrammed. Was anything spilled in it or any lightning recently? Read your owners manual about what the red light means.
