I had a baby 6 weeks ago and I am breastfeeding her. Is it safe to use the mini pill (like Micronor, Nora-BE, and Nor-QD). I read about the side effects and there are so many. Would you recommend me to use it anyways? I don't want to get pregnant so soon after my baby. What else can I use? Should I consider the "loop"? If you used the mini pill before..how did your body react?

I took Micronor whilst feeding my daughter, continued using it until I was trying to get pregnant, and following the birth of my son 3 weeks ago, I'm now back on it again. My breast milk hasn't been affected by using it, and to be honest, would you take any medicines at all (ever) if you were always worrying about the side effects? I can only give you my personal experience of it, you may experience one/several of the side effects but you won't know unless you try.
