Sawn Oak
Wet oak floor, will it warp?
Water leaked on a rug that that was on top of my oak floor. The water sat for about 30 hours before I saw it. The wood is still damp and appears to be a bit raised. Will it permanently warp the floor or will the swelling go down when it dries out.
oak does very well in the wet, this is why it is used in lock gates on canals, it will probably swell a bit, but should return
