Secret Rooms
Can anyone else enter the secret rm? Can you ever enter other secret rooms via bookcases in your secret room?
What is the point of the room? Is it just somewhere that you can store stuff so no-one can see it?

Would you want a secret room in your house?
When I get a house, I want like a room that had a secret entrance and only I know about it haha do you?
That would be really cool.
My house has a little room behind the basement fireplace. The door is too small to fit through, but it's behind the book shelf. It's really creepy. lol

The 3d option for the game of the year addition wasn’t that great, I would much rather have a good game then a game that just looks good.More challenge maps and more things to do in single player,I found you can get to the the (not the walkable area, but the very top) roof of the medical building by aiming the line launcher at certain places.Would have been nice to have some places to just explore, like some extra secret rooms or something.

Most MLS's require you list homes with only the amount of "legal" bedrooms but it can be mentioned that den/office for possible use as bedroom in his marketing comments. Our MLS also has 1000 characters for comments for each photo in addition to the marketing remarks.
If your agent is new & also a top selling agent in your area, he is most likely one that thinks outside the box & willing to be a bit more creative in his marketing efforts.
If he doesn't already utilize it, he can create a free account at Zillow.com & claim his listings for additional exposure and upload additional photos and more property information and description.
Postlets.com also is free & generates a nice E-flyer that posts to a dozen or so real estate classified sites. He also gets the nice html code to post his ads on Craigslist.
