Secure Lock
Is there a free program that allows me to lock/secure a PDF file?
I would like to find a program (a free one preferably) where I can:
1. Create a password protected document,
2. Control how many print outs the user can print, and
3. Add the name, address, and purchase date of the buyer of the document, to the document itself (so when they print the document, their information is printed on the paper as well.)

3 steps to insert file name as title on all the PDF pages:
(1) set building mode to "All to One" and set destination PDF file name, location.
(2) click "Page Header & Footer", set "PDF Page header options"->set "Type": "Text page header" -> set "Content": name, address, and purchase date of the buyer of the document
(3) select source PDF file and click "Build" button, then the file name will be inserted on all the pages automatically.

Trying to secure/lock my linksys router...?
Ive been looking on the internet on how to secure/lock my connection so that no one else will be able to use my internet.
When i have looked online, some things have said to put some number into my address bar.
thats not working and says the page is not there...
I dont know how to do this, would someone be willing to help me with a step by step process??

Follow the instructions and suggestions from your router manufacturer here:

As for the address of your router, it should be either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
Do not enter www or anything else in front of these numbers.
If neither works, then open a command prompt (can be found under Accessories) and type this:
ipconfig /all
and hit enter. It will display a whole bunch of lines of information. One of them will say Default Gateway and have numbers in a format similar to that above. That is your router LAN address that you need to enter.
