Transportation and security for the Secretary of State of the United States?
Does the Secretary of State have his/her own plane to travel overseas, that is provided by the US military, such as those of the President and Vice-President? Does he/she also have security, such as the Secret Service or other security detail provided for the President's Cabinet
Oh yea, she'll have a plane flying her around.
She's the Secretary of State and their job is to make negotiations with other countries so you count on that. For the security question, yes she'll have great security. She has one of the top jobs in the country, of course she'll have nice protection.

There’s two sorts of things you don’t want to happen. * A child to get hold of it. For this, use the cable gun-lock that came with the gun. Run it through the ejection port and loading port so that a shell cannot be chambered. * A thief to get hold of it. The cable lock that came with the shotgun won’t stop them, obviously. You’ll want a much stronger cable, wrapped around a steel bed frame. Or a gun locker that is bolted to the wall and/or floor. Stack-On has a security cabinet that holds up to 8 long-guns, sold thru WalMart for $98 Note that this isn’t a “safe” — more like a really tall tool chest.
One uses an angle grinder on the sides of the safe, rather than the door. Much more effective.
