Security Hidden Place
Do security guards and cops have the right to search your personal belongings?
OK, today my older sister and I were at a fair in my hometown. She is 23 and i am 15. I was just at the entrance about towalk in and a security guard came behind me and wanted to search my bags. I dont believe cops should have the right to seach my belongings in the first place. I didnt have anything to hide so i went along with it but the security guard did a deep search emptying out all my pockets in my bag.As well as opening my wallet and even my lip gloss tubes to make sure i had nothing hidden.
So I have a couple of questions regarding your right and Police rights:
1) Do Cops have the right to search my peronal belongings?
2) If so what are their rights?
3) What are my rights as a citizen
4) Do they need a warrent?
5) Can I say no?

Also remember that is was jsut a security guard that seached my bags. It wasn't even a cops.

Voice activated recording may not be a good idea because of the cost and amount of noise comming from outside. Instead you can use the built in video motion detection to start recording when something moves. The machine will then start recording & send you an e-mail with picture.
