Dish on Condo using Window Wooden U Mount?
Moving to a Condo (renting it), Renters Agreement says NOTHING to BE Drilled into exterior Building wall, so no Dishes can be set up like that, (NO Access to Roof Either)
I did see and get an idea of a Wooden Window U mount sorta looks like this (I drew it it's a draft)

Im securing the Dish to the end of the u with Nuts and Bolts, for added security, the window will be kept shut,,Does this look safe..
Using Dish Net (Window Point WEST, With views North and South) NO EAST View.
I did see some using Pipes and extras, any ideas tips.

Am I screwed?
I am a student at a university, and I have no computer of my own. There's a computer lab in my dorm that I use frequently. One night this weekend I was up very late, and there was no one in or near the computer lab. I decided it was safe to look at some explicit material.
I just now noticed a sign on the wall that says "Security Cameras with recording devices located throughout this Technology Learning Center."
Do you think I've signed myself up for certain humiliation? What are your reactions to my plight? Have you ever done something similarly stupid late at night when hormones were rushing?
If it counts for anything, the said website is one I know is safe and virus-free. It is also not your typical pornography, which is why I hesitate to use the word.
You make choices,!! and you made a bad choice. IT'S NORMAL.!! Dont beat yourself up for that. But if you have to face the consequences, Face it. The first thing that should be said before any one else opens their mouth, should be'I"m Sorry' "It wont happen again"
Make sure it doesn't happen again.
