I Have a computer that keeps turning it's self off, whilst I try to install windows, it gets so far, and turns itselfs off, would you have any suggestions or could help me out?

Firstly, take off the cover and see if all the fans are working. At least three: the power supply, the CPU and hopefully the graphics card.
If yes, try installing windows while having unwanted cards removed from the machine, ie, network or modem cards. If you can install now, then it is related to them. If you can, swap the graphics card for another one - eliminates another cause. Finally go into the BIOS setup screen at start up and check the CPU temperature isn't too high or that some setting hasn't been set to 'save power after five minutes and turn everything off' sort of daft setting. Does rather sound like an overheat issue though. Usually caused by the graphics card.

How do I install the SBC Self Supporting Tool?
I have downloaded the Self Supporting Tool but have not been able to install it.
From what I've read, you don't necessarily need this tool, so if you don't have a lot of free space on your hard drive, and/or if you don't have 512MB or more of RAM, you may not want to install this...
There are some minimum requirements you need on your PC to be able to install the tool, and if you don't have what it needs, the installation may fail. Also, they have this on their site, which is important to know:

The level of emissions with the Comtrend adapters is horrendous. BT supply these adapters as a self-install kit with their BT Vision broadband TV service, knowing that they cause undue interference as proven by the Ofcom PLT report 21 June 2010. That same report states that there will be interference to aircraft by 2015. I'm not surprised the Civil Aviation Authority are having their lawyers investigate what action they can take against anyone with PLT adapters when aviation is interfered with.
Casper FTW. Create a policy to push it out, or enable users to install via Self Service. Might be a service you offer…
in my opinion that is not the best choose…
Me myself have selected Never check for updates….
If i need to check for updates later… just go to windows update and press Check for updates..
