I was raped October 9th and I just have lost all self-respect for myself now?
I was raped by someone I knew on October 9th. I'm 23 and he's 41. He didn't use protection. I went to the hospital and got a rape kit done and all that and all my results came back negative, thank god. And where I live, there's a neighbour who's had a crush on me for about 2 years, he has always told me how much he likes me, and last night, we had sex. He's 45 ish.. And I didn't care. I told myself I hate myself so much, might as well just give him what he wants. Me disrespecting myself like this is really sickening to me and not normal. I just don't know what to do.
I feel like I am losing it. And that noone understands. I'm ready to go and take all my little pills to just go to bed forever and ever and ever and ever. I feel so dirty and nasty. What should I do . I'm afraid noone will understand

and go to therapy because you cant be raped and just get over it yourself. you need therapy to help you and it will make you feel lots lots better.
i am a 24 year old guy and i was abused when i was little. i have been in therapy for 2 years now and i dont intend on stopping.
and dont take this the wrong way, but maybe you might need help choosing better guys. sometimes women who choose guys who have the capacity of raping them sometimes have a traumatic childhood and it makes them unaware of the little signals that rapists give out. NOT THAT YOU DESERVED IT THOUGH! and none of this is your fault at all.

My wife and I are desperately trying to start our family..?
We've been married for a four years now and we've been trying so hard to start a family together. We've obviously stopped using all forms of protection and birth control. It hurts me to see her hurting. We have tried self insemination kits, and it's been awkward to ejaculate into a cup to use that sperm. In order to make this less clinical and more fun for us.. is it possible for her to perform oral and spit the semen into the glass? Would that sperm still work after it's been in her mouth? I would say no. The saliva in your mouth has a PH that is hostile to all kinds of microbes. It is meant to kill single cellular organisms, so I can't imagine it would safely harbor sperm. There are a few things you can do though. You can do the same thing only use a non lubricated condom and then take it from there to what ever you need to put it in.
Have you made sure when she is for sure ovulating? I was told that ovulation was 14 days after the start of your period and my hubby and I tried for years. I finally read a book called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler and that educated me! I figured out that *I* ovulated on day 19 or 20 and after that it only took us three cycles to conceive. Also, never use any lubricant (including saliva) except Pre-seed. This is the only sperm friendly lubricant.
