Can radio frequency be used for Electronic Distance Measurement ?
I know there are ultrasonic, Infrared and some other distance measurement devices. But the Transmitter and the receiver has to be within line of sight to measure distance. Can radio frequancy be used for distance measurement So that the signals can travel through obstacles? If it's not possible then Why?
Yes, it can. It is called Radio Detection And Ranging, RADAR for short.
Electromagnetic waves reflect (scatter) from any large change in the dielectric or diamagnetic constants. This means that a solid object in air or vacuum, or other significant change in atomic density between the object and what's surrounding it, will usually scatter radar (radio) waves.
One way to measure the distance to an object is to transmit a short pulse of radio signal (electromagnetic radiation), and measure the time it takes for the reflection to return. The distance is one-half the product of round trip time (because the signal has to travel to the target and then back to the receiver) and the speed of the signal. Since radio waves travel at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second or 300,000,000 meters per second),measure how long it takes the signal to return from a target to the receiver after it has been transmitted, divided by two.

How do they envelope an entire building with Wifi?
I've been to a couple of malls with Wifi signals where ever you go. But there is no wifi router in sight. Even a funeral parlor with wifi signal everywhere. What technology is utilized here?
Wireless networks are everywhere. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean you know how to look, or what you're looking for.
They could be:
inside walls
in the middle of kiosks
between upper and lower floors
behind storefronts, check-out counters
in back hallways that most mall wanderers aren't privy to
or even hidden in botanical installations
And there are literally hundreds of types of access points and signal repeaters. Can you say for certain that you know what they all look like? One could be right in front of you, and you might not even recognize it.

Well let's see. If a girl smiles at you, then yes she finds you interesting or "cute". Not just any smile though, it can be a open and geniune smile or a kind of shy smile that she quickly diverts her eyes. If giggling is involved, then she is either too young for you (immature) or you have something smeared on your face unknown to you.
Direct eye contact is also a great way to figure it out. If she looks you straight into your eyes and cocks her head to the side, then she probably digs you. Also if she leans forward or closer to you when she talks.
The best way to figure out is just to talk with her. The worst thing that can happen is that you dont get past the normal how do you do's, the best thing is that you meet a beautiful and interesting girl that you really enjoy having dinner or a drink with. Who knows? I think if more people were more open about their wants or dislikes the world of romance would be alot less painful and alot more productive.
