Sign Window Stickers
Windshield mounted GPS in California?
At the DMV website it states: 26708. (a) (1) ( )1 A person shall not drive any motor vehicle with any object or material placed, displayed, installed, affixed, or applied upon the windshield or side or rear windows.
But it also states:
(3) Signs, stickers, or other materials ( )2 that are displayed in a 7-inch square in the lower corner of the windshield farthest removed from the driver, signs, stickers, or other materials ( )2 that are displayed in a 7-inch square in the lower corner of the rear window farthest removed from the driver, or signs, stickers, or other materials ( )2 that are displayed in a 5-inch square in the lower corner of the windshield nearest the driver.
Does this include windshield mounted GPS units, and radar detectors?

Is this a good plan for a Halloween Party?
There will be kids there ages ranging from 12-15. I'm 13 though. There will be my parents there semi-supervising.
So, this is "the plan."
Halloween Party.
My house.
8-11 P.M for boys.
8 P.M-11 A.M for girls.
October 30th, 2009.
Games
Ghost in the Graveyard.
Hide and Seek in the dark.
Mummy wrap.
Seven minutes in Heaven.
Costume Contest.
Candy Corn Guess.
Food
Cupcakes.
Popcorn. (to go with our movie)
M&M Pretzels.
Candy.
Mummy hot dogs.
Chips and Dip.

Spider Webs.
Living Room Dance Floor- Have black sheets hung on each wall around the room and have blasting music and strobe light.

Homemade signs to go outside.
Fog machine.
Window stickers.
Black light bulbs.
Spiders.
