Single Bow
Single Bow
boy, why in the world can't catholic priests do a single service without bowing down to statues and praying?

why do they need so many props and symbols
using golden covered crosses and golden covered everything.

• Why would Americans salute the flag of the United States of America?

These fine citizens are not idolizing the flag. They are intelligent enough to know that they are really saluting the country for which the flag stands.

• Why would Christians swear to tell the truth in a court of law with their hand on a Bible?

These believers are not promising to a book. They are promising to the God whose revelation is in the Book.

• Why would the mother of a soldier who died in battle kiss a picture of her son?

She is not showing love for an image. She is showing love for her son.

• Why might a Catholic bow to the statue of a Jesus Christ?

She or he is not bowing to a graven image. He or she is showing respect for God the Son, our Lord and Savior.

• Bowing •

Bowing shows respect not worship.

Any Christian would bow in worship to
• God the Father
• God the Son
• God the Holy Spirit

Bowing can also show respect instead of worship. A man might go down on one knee to propose marriage to a woman.

In some Asian cultures bowing is a formal greeting of respect. Christians in these cultures do not stop bowing in greeting.

The Church on Earth is the Body of Christ. Each of us is a part of that body. I see nothing wrong with a Christian bowing in respect to the Christ in another believer.

The Pope has been selected by the Holy Spirit for his office. This act of God is deserving of respect.

In the Bible Jesus' followers did not allowed anyone to worship them but does not say that they rejected shows of simple respect and love.

Now what is the problem with praying?

With love in Christ.

Rihanna Take a Bow * New Single // Lyrics

difference between dual, binary and single cam.?

I am looking for a new bow and I have shot man that i like. But one has a single, and was has a binary cam. Can somebody explain the difference to me, or what they prefer. I have heard bad things about dual cams and can somebody explain why. thanks.

Dual cams are a little harder to keep in tune. If one rolls over a little quicker then the other, it creates minor problems with vibration, accuracy and quietness. The single cam supposedly stays in tune according to some that prefer it. The binary cam system has a hybrid set of cams that are tied together making it almost impossible for one cam to get out of tune with the other. Each system has it's pro's and con's. In the long run it really doesn't matter a whole lot one way or the other. Most of the Matthew's bows are the single cam system. Most of the Hoyt bows are the binary type cam system. Both are great bows.I have both a Matthews and a Hoyt and can see nothing wrong with either of the setups. I like them both.

  1. i'm a neutral to mild pronator myself and was recommended this 758 at the NB shop. Inside the sole you will also see the word “neutral cushion” which seems to fit my gait. Since i bought it a few weeks ago i had 5-6 runs on them. Had been running on this pair for about 40km so far with the longest run only up to 12km. I used them mainly on tarmac and only once on the 400m rubber track. And here is how i feel:

    - you can instantly feel that the cushioning is there when you put it on which is the winner. Just enough to feel comfortably supported.
    - i got half size larger which made me feel a little clumsy when i try to go fast. (I usually wear exact sizing as i like a snug fit)
    - felt that they are a little heavy which goes inline with the clumsy comment above.
    - Works great for both tarmac and the rubber track with no problem at all.
    - the sausage laces are great as they always stay intact during my run with a single bow. But i do feel that they are little too long as they create large loops and dangle out.
    - Overall i would say its a great pair of shoe if it fits your gait and budget. But i don't think this is good for serious/extreme pronator.
