Various Types Of Vests
Vests are garments without collars that covered the upper body. The term refers to different meaning in different countries, for example it may refer to undergarment in Canada and US and known as waistcoat in the Commonwealth countries or UK. It also refers to other sleeveless jackets and outer garments such as tank top or pullover.
Basically, the vests are categorized into 2 primary types.
The first types are specially tailored for different jobs that specifically need the workers to wear when performing their duties. These are normally considered as safety vests which designed to protect the safety of people when working or performing certain activities. For example, life vest is usually used when we have to deal with deep water activities such as boating or fishing. Motorcycle riders would normally wear motorcycle vests when riding to prevent getting cold and for safety purpose. Weight vest is commonly worn by athletes or individual who exercise regularly for fitness training, losing weight or strengthening the body. Bulletproof vest is specially designed to protect the upper part of the body from the bullet. It is always used by the law enforcement officers.
The second types are designed by many companies in the fashion apparel industry as a routine wear and lifestyle garment by customers. Many men and women today are wearing vests to work or for business functions. It creates great look in professional settings and perfect to wear during summer as the suit jacket add extra heat in the warm weather. It is always recommended to choose the right color pants and shirts to match with the vest and complement it with a tie in order to create professional and formal attire. Besides, the tuxedo vests and leather vests are also popular choice of fashion clothing to many today. The leather vests are used by men and women for dressier occasion or a perfect night out. It is an ideal piece of casual wear if the leather garment is paired with jeans and a fitted tee and a pair of boots.
Another classic type of vest which gained much popularity since decades is the sweater vest. It is a comfortable and lightweight garment to wear under the suits, jackets or over the blouse and shirts. It is a good option as a dressier garment to men and women because of its versatility that can be wore in many ways and styles. Ladies prefer to wear them with long sleeve blouse or jacket to create a layering look. Men prefer to wear them over the button down short sleeve or long sleeve shirt to look stylish and fashionable.
There are also other types of vests which are favorable to many such as the fur vests, fleece vests, denim vests, hunting vests and holster vests. The vest now is being treated as a trendy and fashion garment which can be wear in various styles to create different look and appearance. It is definitely a good investment to our fashion wardrobe.

Another way of looking at the problem is that it was from God’s infallibility. He cannot have a false belief. If right now I have it in my power to do other than I do, and God 1 million years ago believed that I would do what I do, then I have it in my power to make a monkey out of God. Well, you can’t make a monkey out of God.
It doesn’t follow that I cannot do other, however. What follows is that, if I can do other, then I have the power to change God’s past belief–to make it the case that he never believed what in fact he always did believe. Well, I think that’s thinkable. On the other hand, doesn’t it give me power over God’s mind, power to change God himself? And how can I have such power, poor little old me? The response is that God loves us and wants us to have free will and so gives us that power. This is a very Christian God who makes himself vulnerable for our sake.
Another difficulty is this (from the literature). Suppose I decide to shoot Smith and so I invite him to lunch. God, knowing what I will do, tells Smith to wear a bulletproof vest. So there I am at lunch with Smith who is in fact wearing a bulletproof vest– though I don’t know it. Suppose I have it in my power not to shoot Smith. Then I have it in my power to make it the case that God always believed I wouldn’t shoot Smith. Therefore I have it in my power to make it the case that Smith, who was sitting across from me wearing a bullet proof vest, isn’t wearing a bulletproof vest. So I have miraculous and paradoxical powers.
Two responses: one is that God simply doesn’t tell Smith to wear a bulletproof vest. He doesn’t get involved in the world on the basis of what he knows we will freely choose to do. This is part of the price he pays for our free will. The second response is to bite the bullet and say, okay, I do have the power to make it the case that Smith, who is wearing a bulletproof vest, isn’t wearing a bulletproof vest. That’s pretty remarkable but not unthinkable, and as I never will, in fact, do other than what God believes I will do, I will never exercise any such power.
