Small Home Wall Safe
Why do cats like confined spaces so much?
Why is it in a perfectly safe and loving home , my cat likes finding the most confined smallest place to stick hisself in? Like under the couch , inside the box spring of our bed , in between the fridge and wall just to name a few.
It's the nature of the beast. All cats still like to feel like they are wild so they'll hide in confined spaces to feel safe but also sometimes to be able to stalk their "prey" which can be your feet, or their toy, or another pet. I have two very dominant females (both are hunters and stalkers) and they are constantly lying in wait for each other. But I think mostly that cats just like their alone time. After they get what they feel is their enough required attention, they like going off somewhere quiet and inconspicuous and just chill out.

New home phone wiring.?
I am in the process of wiring a phone line/coax tv wall mount plate to my upstairs. For these low voltage cables, is it safe to use a small metal gang box to mount them to. I've searched the net for a clear answer but I am wondering how efficient metal boxes are versus plastic ones in this instance. Thanks

It doesn't matter, but you'll find more 'accessories' that match the standard 120 V wall box. They come in metal and plastic.
