How to track someone who has moved? Taking them to small claims?
I am attempting to track a person who lived in Indiana, and aparently has moved.
The person had sold me stolen merchandise, and I had turned the items into the Sheriff's office.
Filed paperwork for small claims, and paid all dues. Just got a letter today stating that the person has moved.
In order to take him to court, I have to find him.
your best bet is to try and find anyone mutual friends. i would say using google to track him down, but if he just moved, then it's going to be hard.
I hate to say it but even if you track him down, he still has to show up to court and you'll probably end up spending more money trying sue him then you will get out of him.

Is there any way to check what files have been coppied off my office network?
I believe someone has copied confidential files off my office network. Is there any way I can confirm it.
PC = Office XP professional
Server = Small Business Server 2000

you can enable auditing and use group policies in that environment to control who copies what from what media to where.
