What strings should I use if I use heavy spin?
I've only been playing tennis for a few months, but have gotten good in that short time. I'm 16, and my strings are fine. I think they're 16 Gauge, since that's standard. I love using topspin/slice in my matches. I heard string tension/thickness can help spins. If that is true, what should I ask for the next time my racket is restrung? Or would it be smarter to just keep everything standard since I'm new to it all?
String tension will not affect your spin but will give you more power (if you loosen the strings) and more control (if you increase the tension).
String gauge will definitely affect your spin. The higher the gauge, the thinner your strings and thus the more grip the stringbed has on the ball during contact. This, and the upward or downward swing is what creates spin.
Another factor is to look for strings that have more texture to their surface (also to increase grip on the ball).
Finally, since spin is more motion than equipment, I would advise watching Rafael Nadal playing in slow motion and learn from his swing. He has the best heaviest topspin around at the moment.

I think you should call poison control right away………sounds like you have purged some of the toxin you took in, but someone should be able to help you with cleaning out the area/air/etc. If you cant find a poison controll number, call the fire department and ask them, or get the number for poison control from them
