Stash Jar
What to fill a "stash can" with?
Okay for those who don't know, a stash can is a can that is actually emptied out and a small jar is inside that you can stash your things in. The jar is usually set in place with plaster, but I am having trouble with that method. I am using a tea can which is 23 oz. When you enough plaster to suspend the jar, the finished product comes out way to heavy. So I need a substitute to plaster that is lighter. Does anyone know what the legit stash can makers use? (like when you buy a stash can) or any other ideas would be great thanks

A Friend's Money?
A friend of mine has started stashing money at my house. The amounts are small and so far, I have less than $200 in "her jar". She is stashing money at my house so that she can avoid spending it. While it really isn't a big deal, I don't feel comfortable with this. At 24, she's old enough to manage and keep track of her own finances. I'm glad that she trusts me in this manner, however, I don't feel that I should be responsible for her money. Can anyone understand or relate?
It's bothering me because I'm 28 years old and make an effort to be responsible for myself. In other words, I don't expect anyone else (especially my friends) to be responsible for me.
Tell her to stash it in her house, or even better, a seperate bank account.
If something happens to it, like you get burgled, my bet is she'll hold you responsible for her money, regardless of the fact she put it there.
