Is there any housing laws I should know about in reguard to steel buildings?
I live in a horrid little town (Rock Springs, Wyoming) where the house and apartment owners price gouge like there's no tomorrow. I'm wanting to have a steel buidling (like the ones used for factories, churches, etc.) built and set up cheap drywall walls. I'd also include a small bed and locker in each room. I'd charge an extremely small amount of money for rent for this. Hopefully this competition would help drive down prices AND make me a little cash too. My question is: Are there any laws or statutes that'd hinder me from doing this?
You would have to check your local building codes - call the building department and speak to an inspector.

There are a lot of good strings out there, a lot depends on how much you want to spend. Martin Marqees, are good, S.I.T's are good,Elixers are real good , Another thing to keep in mind, different strings sound different on different guitars, try several brands, over a few months, see which ones sound the best on your guitar. How and what you want them to do also affects the sound.I have a Gibson J 200, that I've had for 20 years, I only use Elixer mediums, If I am correct your squire uses a light guage string that can also affect the sound. You might want to take your guitar to a music store and see what they reccomend
