Start by searching the safe for any external labels, or search to see if you can find the owners manual. You will need the name of the company that makes the safe. Use a search engine or ask here to find a website for that company, once you know the name of the company. You will have to contact the company and give them the serial number and some kind of proof that you own the safe, and they will be glad to help you.
