Sticker Knife Throw
Do they tolerate sticky labels on their fruits and vegetables in France?
My bet is they don't and we shouldn't either. It's disgusting (I know--no human hands) and demoralizing . And they seem to be getting harder to remove. I washed a green pepper and scrapped with a knife and still there was some residue. With ripe fruits it is impossible to remove them without damaging the skin.
But I know--Martha Stewart would recommend alcohol! Seems to me like a logical project for someone in her position to come out against these stickers. But maybe they ought to throw her back in jail.
Snackie, for that matter no PLUs on fruits and vegetables in American open air markets. When they get to edible PLUs I will still cut them off--or better still, not eat the foods that have been to the tatroo parlor. They used to wrap fruit in tissue which they still could. Or how about training supermarket staff to identify fruits and vegetables?

How to Display Knives on Wall?
For christmas my uncle gave me a box of like 20 used (but still cool lookin') pocket knives, 2 big daggers, and 3 ninja throwing stars. I want to display them vertically, blade facing down, on my wall...How?
My dad suggested nails in the wall and then hang them from the handle, but the Pocket knives dont have the large handles to hang from? Im thinking those double sided velcrow stickers would work but i dont know...
how shold i go about this..?
Since walls aren't magnetic I would get a shadow box and put the self sticking Velcro on the inside of the box and the knifes. check at Michael's craft store they should have everything you need. Sounds cool!
