Stops Theft
How can I get people to stop using my email address (identity theft) to send silly messages.?
They are sending offers to everyone on my contact list. I have tried to delete my account but to no avail.
change your password. use a strong password that has numbers as well as upper and lower case letters. try not to have all the letters together. mix it up from letters to numbers. try not to even have a real word in there. maybe take a word and spell it backwards. usually it's a computer program running possible password combinations and not some guy sitting at a computer. just don't make it too hard that you can't even remember it ; )

How to stop theft in a small business?
I have a small business, cell phone store to be exact. But recently I have had folks who keep running out with cell phones and other high priced items. I do have security cameras and tape recordings but police take forever comming to the store and by then the criminal is so long gone. How do i protect myself? With a weapon to scare the criminals? Its a small business and I need every dollar I can save to pay back loans. PLease help!!!!
We do use dummy phones, but some customers want to see the real thing like the menus for a example. I am getting to the point where i am looking for something in self defense. Would anyone thing in that manner?
why don't you do what the bigger cell phone companies do. Just have dummy phones that are tethered to a stand, and have the real phones under lock and key in the back.

The landlord can go after whoever was legally committed to the rent. Any other arrangements about people paying other people money isn't the landlords' problem. Even during the period of no lease, there was a commitment to pay, and the rent is owed. And most leases include a provision that it can continue as it was without being renewed. Landlords also know whether or not it's likely they will be able to collect judgments from non-paying tenants in their state. (What you can execute on varies among the states.) But they can always ding the leasee's credit.
If he can't tell his mother she's a crook and that there will never again be any financial dealing between them, it's time to consider if you want to risk going through something like that again.
