Thumb Cuffs
Tried to evade but let go?
I was driving 3 days ago and a cop tried to pull me over i tried to run and in the end gave up he cuffed me but after he wrote me a ticket un-cuffed me and let me go on the ticket is doesn't say the citation number it just say attempted to evade PD also there no misdemeanor checks and no thumb print taken is this just going to be a speeding ticket and running a stop sign or more? and every place it asks about a misdemeanor it empty so am i just getting infractions?
So i still have a chance of being charged with a misdemeanor?
Don't count on a simple infraction. The "misdemeanor" boxes are empty because evading arrest is what is known as a "wobbler". It can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony. If you're lucky, the D.A. will charge it as a misdemeanor. If you're unlucky, they will charge it as a felony. You'll have to wait while they decide.
UPDATE: Not only do you still have a chance of it being charged as a misdemeanor, you WANT them to charge it as a misdemeanor. The only other alternative is to file it as a felony. "Evading" can NOT be charged as an infraction.

What do they call those long sleeve shirts where the wrist cuffs go over the hand & have a thumb hole?
idk what the whole set is called but the glove is like called wrist warmers or something like that. ive usually seen those at hot topic. but ive seen arm warmers, a longer version, at like abercrombie outlets and at hot topic. HOPE THIS HELPS!
