Used Safe Department

when using my webcam or messenger, can data be accessed from anyone else?
I use my webcam & messenger on a work laptop. Sometimes my work mates and I talk about things related to work, that we don't want our boss to know. Is this a safe option, or can our webcam images (to tell who we are talking to) or messages be seen by our IT department/boss? We use CC cleaner to clean out and don't save our messages on our computer - is it still traceable?
That is a great question. If theres a way to do it, only a well experienced computer hacker kind of person is capable of doing so because there isn't a program that I know of that does that. For one, I would assume its illegal at the work environment to get into that because of privacy issues.
I know for a fact that they just block websites and whoever goes to forbidden sites somehow raises red flags to whoever controls it, but thats sites not files.
So I don't think you have anything to worry about unless its a public computer who can be accessed by anyone such as your boss
;-D

| | Emergency Department $92.4 The emergency department (ED), sometimes termed the emergency room (ER), emergency ward (EW), accident emergency (AE) department or casualty department is a hospital or primary care department that provides initial treatment to patients with a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries, some of which may be lifethreatening and require immediate attention. Emergency departments developed during the 20th century in response to an increased need for rapid assessment and management of critical illnesses. In some countries, emergency departments have become important entry points for those without other means of access to medical care. The abbreviation ER has generally been used throughout the United States, while AE is used in many Commonwealth nations. ED is most commonly used in Canada and Australia, and casualty is more common in Scotland. Upon arrival to the ED, an individual typically undergoes a brief triage (sorting) interview to help determine the nature and severity of their illness or injury. | | Safe Harbor $71.7 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles The term safe harbor (safe harbour) has several special usages, in an analogy with its literal meaning, that of a harbor or haven which provides safety from weather or attack.A safe harbor is a provision of a statute or a regulation that reduces or eliminates a partys liability under the law, on the condition that the party performed its actions in good faith. Legislators include safeharbor provisions to protect legitimate or excusable violations. An example of safe harbor is performance of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment by a property purchaser: thus effecting due diligence and a safe harbor outcome if future contamination is found caused by a prior owner.Another example is regarding insider information laws. Brokerdealers are required to have in place Chinese walls that prevent the transmission of insider information from one department to another. Each brokerdealer firm is required to have its own barriers and to enforce them on its own. Thus, there is no safe harbor regarding this issue. Mojo Condoms Celebrates a Safe and Sexy Christmas
And urges young people to wave goodbye to those STIs - in support of World AIDS Day
November 21, 2007 - Tis the season to be jolly… but ideally without your festive frolics causing a trip to the sexual health clinic before the turkey has even gone cold! In support of 'World AIDS Day’ on December 1, 2007, and in the interests of waving a winter goodbye to those unwanted STIs, Mojo Condoms ( http://www.mojocondoms.com ) – a manufacturer of fresh and funky condoms for young people - gives its top tips on how to overcome ‘condom cringe’ and play safe for Christmas and the New Year.
According to an online survey of 30,000 young people, more than a third of under-25s don't automatically use a condom every time they have sex with a new partner. Which is a risky business, as the UK has the highest incidence of STIs in Western Europe*. Mojo Condoms wants to make it easier for 16-30 year olds to have that vital “condom conversation” and to see the reliable 'Johnny' as the perfect stocking filler that everyone should carry on a night out. So, the party pocket essentials should be mobile, cash and condoms without fail!
Sonia O'Connor, marketing manager and expert at Mojo, gives her top tips on getting some mojo in your life… and, let's face it, everyone needs some!
She says: “If you’re worried about the ‘cringe factor’, remember that carrying a condom may make you more attractive to the opposite sex as it shows respect and that you're not taking anything for granted or risking anyone’s health.”
“If a potential partner doesn’t have a condom, take control of the situation and make it clear, in the nicest way possible, that no condom means no sex.”
She adds: “As with most ‘tools of the trade’, it's all about technique – so practice before you try the ‘real thing’. How many of us kissed the back of our hands before we tried it out properly? The same applies to condoms. Experiment with them. Get used to opening the wrapper (not with your teeth!), holding the tip and rolling it down whatever you’re practising on… there are sure to be many appropriately shaped items in your home!”
“When it does come to that special moment, have the condom close to hand so it takes seconds to open and put on, reducing any ‘waiting time’. You don’t want to be searching for half an hour, scratching your head and saying ‘I know it’s here somewhere’, while your date is left cold.”
“Sometimes less is more: don’t even talk about it, just do it and pop the condom straight on. This will be a real turn-on for the guy or girl as it makes you look in control.”
Mojo advocates ‘Girl Power’. Says Sonia: “Women buy four out of every 10 condoms sold… so, ladies, please remember that it’s not just the guy’s job to have the rubbers ready these days.”
You might be choosy about your date for the evening but STIs aren’t fussy about who they infect. Sonia advises: “Remember that even if he/she is fit and gorgeous, the person you’ve fancied for ages may still have an STI. So protect yourself with a condom every time.”
And don’t listen to daft condom-avoidance arguments such as, “it feels like wearing a welly”. Sonia says: “You can buy a variety of condom sizes, textures and colours today. So if you think using a condom means less sensation, just use a 'Thin Skin' condom and prove yourself wrong.”
Mojo’s product range includes: 'Thin Skin' (for extra sensitivity), 'Ribbed' (for increased sensation) and 'Xtreme Dotted and Ribbed' (for maximum stimulation) – so there’s something for everyone at www.mojocondoms.com. All products are sourced from BSi (Kitemark) approved manufacturers.

Notes for editors
Mojo Condoms, as a brand, originates in Australia - where condoms are generally more accessible and cheaper than in the UK, and young people ‘down under’ are easy-going and open about using them. The Mojo range was launched in the UK by marketing mogul, Sonia O’Connor, in June 2007. She previously worked for various multinationals before deciding to take the cringe-free, funky condom range – and the related message about safer sex – to a UK youth audience (aged 16-30).
Mojo Condoms donates 10% of its profits to rubber tree planting programmes in the Far East, where most of the world’s rubber is produced. This helps ensure sustainable forestry for future generations.

Sorry, not gonna happen. It can't, that could open a can of worms of racial profiling that won't close for a long, long time. To do that, everyone would have to waive their 4th amendment rights. I don't think any of us would want that.
Or, this is gonna come back and bite someone. What if you say you're a citizen while you're pulled over, but the officer wants proof? How many American citizens carry a passport, or a birth certificate with them?
