How can i get better at Vault? my body pikes just a little?

I am in lvl 3 in gymnastics ( i should be in lvl 4 but since i don't have my back handspring i can't go) and my teachers don't let us use the normal vault, they make us use a large mat. this seems to give me problems when i try and pop my shoulders and hit handstand, it sinks far enough for my body to pike just a little (which is irritating me to no end) and sometimes i can pop like three times and no go anywhere. i used the normal vault for half a year, but then they stopped letting me go ( because some new girls came and they needed more training) so for like a whole year i have not got to practice on the vault that the main teacher says i should be using. and it seems i can't get the same results out of my vaulting skills on the mat as i can on a normal vault, does anyone have any advice on how to be able to vault correctly on the mat as i can on the normal vault?

well, just do it how you would normally do it on the regular vault. ive tried doing the level 4 vault, after ive done the actual vault and it was quite difficult for me ha ha. but, i don't know if im giving you good advice, probably not. lol, trying to help. =] i do gymnastics too by the way. how old are you? i have a question too. message me if your willing to answer...

POP VAULT

AVG found threats on my cpu and when i clicked to move to vault it said...?

a box popped up and said that moving them to the vault might cause my computer unstability or for it to crash...should i still move the trojans and viruses to the vault?
where do i go to check the vault?

yes you will have to move them sometime, put them in the vault where you can get to them to put them back if anything goes wrong, if you have no problems after a few days you could delete them from the vault
