Also, if you can feel are blowing out of your outlet you have bigger problems than just heat loss, it means you have a hole in your house. Either in the brick or the plywood behind the vinyl siding. It definitely can not come out of the "plug holes" themself because outlets are sealed up. I`m pretty sure that you can't feel cold air blowing in from the outside because that means the outlet box is on the exterior of the house, not possible.

While the CT-DH-3 has many applications, it was primarily developed to be used with CO2 equipment and exhaust type fans. Internal sensors will allow a 7° temperature comfort zone and a 7% humidity (differential) between the time the fans go ''Off ''and come back ''On'' again. France - 220V European Two pin Italy - 220V European Three pin (although a two pin should work but no earth) Malta Excepts both types of power adaptor.
