how to decorate wall or entertainment unit?
i want to decorate the shelves of wall unit. actually my daughter she is just 15 months old she can reaches and takes everything out .before i had put some colourful matching glass vases with furniture but i cant put them more .bcs not safe from my daughter. any idea plz what else i can put bcs it looks very bad with empty shelves
well very pretty and very inexpensive idea like myself i have 2-3 books stacked with small picture frames and pictures on top of the books stacked,,,aslo you can do really nice candles or greenery like : fake plants or you can do prettty baskets to fill the hole of the shelf little things that if your daughter was to reach or pull down it wont hurt her..

Is it safe to leave fiber glass insulation exposed for several days?
My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen. We are removing paneling and replacing it with dry wall however the workers are not doing the job until a week from now but they asked my husband to remove the paneling from the walls but when my husband removed one panel the fiber glass underneath it is kind of old and it has rips in it and Im afraid that it is not safe for us to be around and especially for a whole week. We have a 5yr old and a small dog, I just don't think it's safe and my husband is upset and disagrees. Who is right? Thanks.
It doesn't do any harm, if not disturbed. With a small kid around I wouldn't advise leaving it exposed. What you can do is remove the panel and tag it back up with 2 small nails, that way, when the contractor comes back, it only takes a minute to remove them again.
