Warning Sign
I always get a warning sign at startup that says "failed to find tablet, unable to run...." wont go away?
I get a warning sign that says failed to find the tablet or tablet is not connected properly, unable to run handwriting recognition system, everytime my desktop starts up, it only allows me to cancel within 5 seconds or else it stays frozen on my desktop and I have to log off again to cancel it or else it wont go away. How to fix this problem?
Disable the application in your startup menu. While you're there disable anything else that you don't need to have running all the time. Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click

Is this a warning sign of a more serious problem?
I know someone who sometimes tells white lies when making small talk with strangers (only people he knows he won't see again). For example, he'll say he's from so and so country or had so and so job. Is this sort of lying-out-of-boredom behavior borderline crazy or is it really quite normal and benign?
It could be a sign that he is just keeping in practice.
A social white lie such as a person looks good in that dress is one thing. Misrepresentations of oneself is another. It very well could be benign, yet keep an eye on him for those traits being used on you.

Neumann to police: Lord will bring daughter back to life
Just hours after her 11-year-old daughter died, Leilani Neumann told police she thought the child had suffered a spiritual attack and that the Lord would restore her to life.
Jurors in Neumann's reckless homicide trial heard the Weston woman say those words Wednesday as they viewed a videotaped police interview of Neumann.
“And you know, it may be crazy to you, but that's why I'm not crying and wailing right now,” Neumann told a detective. “Because I know she's, I know she's, she's gonna come, she's gonna come back.”
Wednesday was the third day of testimony in Neumann's trial on a second-degree reckless homicide charge. Neumann, 41, is accused of ignoring symptoms that indicated Madeline Kara Neumann was gravely ill and instead chose to pray for her daughter's recovery rather than seek medical attention.
Prosecutors played Neumann's 90-minute interview with Everest Metro Police, which took place little more than six hours after Kara died March 23, 2008, from complications of diabetes.
Neumann exhibited a range of emotions in the video. She cried. She was distraught. She sang “Kumbaya.” She said prayers. She also made statements that her daughter was not acting normally prior to her death.
In the interview, Neumann told Everest Metro Detective Sgt. Dennis Halkoski that Kara became tired, was excessively thirsty and urinated frequently two weeks before she died. Earlier this week, doctors testified that those were warning signs of diabetes and that the Neumann family should have recognized Kara's failing health.
Leilani also told police in the interview that when she came home from work the day before Kara died, Kara felt cold, her legs were blue and Neumann noticed how skinny Kara was. When Halkoski asked Neumann if she ever thought about taking Kara to a doctor, Neumann said she never thought Kara was that sick.
“It's not that I'm against doctors or medicine, but I just felt like, you know, my faith was being tested,” Neumann said in the interview.
In the interview, Neumann said her husband, Dale, was thinking about calling a doctor, but she told him, “The Lord's gonna heal her.”
One of Neumann's surviving teenage children was called to testify to further illustrate Kara's health during the days prior to her death.
The child, whom the Daily Herald is not naming, also told jurors that Kara was exhibiting symptoms about two weeks before she died.
The child defended the family's actions of using prayer instead of medicine when questioned by Leilani Neumann's attorney, Gene Linehan.
“Because God created everyone, and how can we be more powerful than God?” the child said. “He is all control. That is what we believe. We go to him with our problems because he is the one orchestrating everything. Why should we diss him and think a doctor would be more powerful than God or trust a doctor more than God?”
