Water File Safe
How clean is the water from a dehumidifier? Is it safe to drink cold or to make hot drinks with?
My dehumidifier is located in the cellar of my house, which is built from stone and is located in northern England. The cellar is quite dry and never floods, but the air seems to be about 75% humidity so I installed a dehumidifier to protect the documents in my filing cabinet which I keep there. The tray in the dehumidifier unit fills up quickly and the water seems clean... but is it?
Not clean enough to drink!
It has dirt and dust in it, maybe even bacteria!

Moving In together?
My bf lives in a crap house, with no heat, no running water, no functioning kitchen or bathroom and there's a racoon living in his attic not to mention the mold build up is unhealthy. He also can hardly no longer afford to live there & take care of himself & his brother. I offered to let him move in with me, I have a great apt. & he's there 5 out of 7 nights of the week anyway. He's acting hesitant about it, he said that he appreciates my offer and that a part of him wants to move in with me, but he doesn't want 2 let go of his house because he put so much on the line just to get it & he likes having something 2 call his own even if it is a shack. But if he can't afford it & it's not comfortable or safe to live there, why can't he just let it go. I mean it only makes since, beside he can save money with me since he's filing bankruptcy anyway. He doesn't even really have 2 move with me but he has 2 get out of that unsafe & unhealthy house.
i think its his pride. u know, he's a man having his gf rescue him and take care of him. that must really hurt his pride as a man. But ur right i mean ur trying to help him. He should let you.
