Is it because it's totally implausible and has been quietly dropped along with:
Shrunken Heads
Lampshades made from Jewish skin
Soap made from Jews
Jewish hair being made into mattresses
All stated or shown at Nuremberg Trial
Are you implying the holocaust never happened?
That's just stupid. The Germans were meticulous in their record keeping!

Should English be spoken in the work place?

A popular bookstore and cafe near Yale University wants its many Hispanic employees to speak only English around customers, sparking controversy in immigrant-friendly New Haven, where students fight for immigrant rights.
Atticus Bookstore and Cafe recently issued a policy stating that English should be the only language spoken on the floor and behind the counter. "Spanish is allowed in the prep area, the dishwasher area and the lower level. Let's make our customers feel welcome and comfortable," the policy states, according to New Haven Workers Association, a group of activists who said employees gave them a copy.
"I'm really appalled," said Tim Stewart-Winter, a Yale lecturer. "As a New Haven resident and member of the Yale community, I think diversity is a strength of this country."
Lets put this into perspective. The customers need to be able to communicate with the staff. English will be the language used by the customers 95 times out of 100. The staff need to be fluent in English. However, there will be times where another language will be used by the customer. Whether it is Spanish, French, American Sign Language or any of the dozens of languages out there, the staff should do its best to communicate with the customers.
Atticus Bookstore and Cafe failed on one major point. The policy should be to speak a common language shared by the customer and the sales clerk. The customer should have the choice of language spoken during the transaction. If not, then the customer take their business elsewhere.
